This course explains the way in which child bullies can progress into adult bullies. It provides a clear framework for managers, victims and bullies alike, giving greater understanding of the causes, signs and symptoms of bullying.  Also dealt with is the difficult subject of elder abuse within the area of care for the elderly and this relatively recently-exposed problem is discussed within the context of bullying. This course is a useful adjunct to counselling and psychotherapy courses.
