Course overview

This second part follows on from Eating Disorders Part 1 and looks at Bulimia Nervosa and coping strategies. The use of the food diary is discussed, along with the wider subject of food and nutrition.  Confirmed Negativity Condition is examined, along with the twelve steps technique and other ways of combating thought errors.
