Course overview

Indian Head Massage is based on the ancient traditions of massage and the ayurvedic system of healing that has been practised in India for thousands of years. Western interpretations incorporate the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck and face as well as the head. Indian Head Massage has a powerful energy that is both subtle and deep and can be both invigorating and relaxing, depending on the body’s needs at the time.
