Mental health problems are not discriminatory – they can affect anyone. This course aims to raise awareness of mental health and a range of mental health problems, and is designed for anyone looking to develop their understanding of mental health and the problems that can cause mental ill health.
This will support your role if you work or interact with individuals with mental health problems.

Learners should be at least 16 to undertake this qualification.
Level
On successful completion of this course you will achieve the NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems qualification.
The NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems is a regulated qualification. This means it is a nationally recognised qualification, regulated by Ofqual in England.
The objective of this qualification is to develop the learner’s understanding of a range of mental-health problems, which could be used to support their role in the workplace, or where they may work or interact with individuals with mental-health problems.
This course has a credit value of 16 total credits.
