Course overview

As life-styles have become enhanced, so have our stressors. Approximately 1 in 10 of the population suffers from anxiety states and many will also suffer from phobias.  The approach to recovery takes a practical, down to earth view of problems and involves discussion, advice and the teaching of practical strategies that clients can use in their own lives. Research has proven the effectiveness of these techniques in a range of stress-related problems.
