Course overview

There are many reasons to practise Yoga during pregnancy – it might be for stress relief, relaxation, to keep in shape, preparation for labour, or perhaps someone recommended you take up Yoga whilst pregnant; whatever your reason, it is a good one.  Whether you are a beginner who simply wants to enhance your experience of pregnancy, or advanced and you are planning to add this knowledge to your Yoga practice, this course is suitable for you. It will provide you with a Yoga practice that will support and guide you from conception through to post-natal in a nurturing, safe and effective way.
