Course overview

Zen Yoga is a slow and lyrical form of yoga that incorporates Zen philosophies.  Together they create a beautiful flow of energies, not set in stone, yet alive and organic.  This course provides a full understanding of the Zen approach to yoga practice and teaching. The course contains practical guidance on asanas (postures) and their focus or intent, along with breathing and meditation techniques.  It provides all you need to begin structuring practices and classes, as well as the philosophy and intent which flows alongside the physical work, in order to practise and teach Zen Yoga with confidence. It is suitable for those new to yoga, practitioners wishing to learn the Zen Yoga style or those working with other holistic therapies.
