Course overview

This course gives a history and philosophy of Buddhism in Tibet and shows you how to perform the Tibetan Buddhist meditation Lamrim. Lamrim means the stages on the path to enlightenment enabling you to change your life. Each lesson adds a layer of meditation techniques and shows various deep analytical methods of calming the mind. You will find it helps prevent illness and improve recovery after ill-health. Techniques and mental exercises are introduced so that you can apply T’ai Chi principles to everyday life situations.
