Student feedback on the BSY counselling course

If you are considering a counselling course with BSY then there are many you can choose.  Subjects include, amongst others, Drama Healing Therapy, Anger and Aggression Management, and Behavioural Therapy.  We have created this news post so you may learn more about studying with BSY and read the thoughts and opinions of one of those who previously enrolled on a topic – in particular those who have already studied a BSY counselling course.

Stella Morris took the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Child Psychology courses.  She chose these subjects as ‘having studied Advanced Counselling, I feel it would compliment my career having a therapy to work with.  Also broaden my options in working with children or adults.’  Stella decided to study with BSY as ‘they give you the freedom to work at your own pace, with tutors available to work with you over the phone.  Also, the comfort to post your work and get it back so quickly, easy to pay instalments, and friendly staff over the phone to deal with queries.’  Thinking of her studies, she has been most happy with ‘how I am challenged with my questions and also the percentage marks on my lessons.  I am happy with what I am learning in child psychology as I have 3 under-five-year-olds.’  Stella feels that the course may help her to ‘try new tasks with my parenting.  Also to communicate with the children in different ways’, and ‘to help others find answers and solutions within themselves and help them find a more positive future.’  To those who are thinking of studying with BSY, Stella would say ‘they would not be disappointed: comfort of your own environment; lessons are marked quickly with good feedback; easy instalment plans; a variety of courses to choose from; very enjoyable; and you can complete the course in your own time.  Advice is available over the phone and queries are dealt with efficiently.’  In the future, she would consider studying some of the BSY practitioner development modules.  For information on these subjects, please call the BSY course advisors. Stella agrees that she ‘would recommend BSY to a friend’, ‘studying with BSY is enjoyable’ and that ‘BSY courses are excellent value for money’.
