Latest Developments – Roadmap out of lockdown

We know that following the Government’s announcement on 22 February many people will be pleased to see the plans to gradually ease current restrictions – considering the data at each stage.

Practical Training at BSY remains postponed until further notice. We await a Government review, due by the end of the Easter holidays, which will take account of the latest data in England. Once this information is available we will have a clearer picture on when we can return to face-to-face training.

Close contact services are still to remain closed in England, including those who provide these services from a mobile setting including their own home, in other people’s homes and in retail environments. These services cannot reopen until 12 April at the earliest. We advise our practitioners to keep up to date with the latest information for England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales here;

https://gov.wales/coronavirus (Wales)

https://www.gov.scot/coronavirus-covid-19/ (Scotland)

We are still operating as close to normal as we can within Government guidelines – many of our staff are continuing to work from home. We are aiming, as always, to provide a normal service for all our students, whilst ensuring the safety of our staff and all those involved.

We receive postal assignments daily, but please remember you can also submit your assignments by email to assignments@bsygroup.co.uk, this will be marked and returned to you as soon as possible.

We wish you and your loved ones all the best.
